How to make a fashionable metallic skirt

You only need a meter or two of metal foil and glue.

Stick the ends of the metal foil with glue,but make sure that the place where the ends are sticked,are in the middle of your back.Now,make 2 big folds just to make the skirt look narrower.Now you can stick with glue the inner part of the folds.So,the skirt is ready.
